Today, the "Vecchio Samperi Ventennale" Dry Fortified Wine is left to ferment in oak and chestnut barrels at room temperature, and is aged for an average of twenty years according to the soleras method. Territorial and unique, it evolves magnificently in the glass in a whirlwind of organoleptic sensations, and promises to do the same if it will be kept for a few years in the cellar.
